The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation.
According to Ukrinform, the press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine reports.
It is noted that the memorandum provides for joint work, which will allow: to simplify the procedures for the exchange of permits for international road transport; convert paper permit forms into electronic form; share existing experiences and information for mutual benefit. The document comes into force from the date of its signing.
"We are strengthening trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Just now, together with my colleague, Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development Berik Kamaliev, we signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the exchange of permits for international road transport. We want to significantly deepen our cooperation for a faster and easier the movement of goods, we plan to introduce digital permits for road transportation as soon as possible. I am grateful to the Kazakh side for their willingness to cooperate, "said the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladislav Krykliy.
